She is currently working towards becoming a fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM).
Nadia has had a lifelong love of science, earning her B.S. in Biology at UC Santa Cruz. While she enjoyed labwork, her true calling was in preventative health and actively working with people to feel their best. She found a perfect match in Traditional Chinese Medicine and attended Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, CA. The master’s degree program in Chinese Medicine focused on helping people solve their illnesses by looking at the bigger picture of how the body is functioning as a whole unit.
After earning her MTCM, Nadia completed an Advanced Clinical Internship Program at the Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou, China. In China, Nadia studied under the mentorship of leading gynecologists who practice both Western and Chinese medicine. This rigorous clinical residency gave Nadia vital experience in treating women’s issues. Nadia’s continual interest in women’s health has led her to devote most of her clinical practice to the well-being of women and their families. Currently, Nadia dedicates some of her time to Charlotte Maxwell Clinic, using her skill in Chinese Medicine to treat low-income women with cancer.
Nadia is an experienced practitioner with expertise in treating irregular menstruation, infertility, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, lymphedema, peripheral neuropathy, anxiety and depression, and prenatal and postpartum care. She also has a deep interest and a good deal of clinical experience in helping people manage pain, reduce inflammation and rehabilitate from injuries. Nadia looks forward to partnering with her patients to cultivate better health and well-being.
Nadia can conduct treatments in either English or Spanish.
